We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: Chief Commercial Officer

About the Role

• The Head of Marketing is a senior-level professional who oversees all marketing activities within the organization.
• Responsible for developing strategies, product design, managing budgets, setting goals, drive revenue growth and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Craft strategies for all Marketing activities, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
• Product design to drive revenue growth
• Brands communications and media appearance
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for marketing activities
• Set, monitor and report on team goals
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and grow market share
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Requirement and Skills

• BSc or MSc Degree in Marketing or relevant fields
• Minimum of 10 years sales & marketing experience with at least 5 years in leadership role preferably within Telecommunication or FMCG 
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Strong analytical skills
• Strategic thinking ability
• Creativity and Innovation
• Proven track record of success in marketing management.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
