Job Summary

• We are seeking to recruit a smart, creative, and tech-savvy professional to manage the digital and online communication aspect of the clinic.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinic’s online presence, patient engagement platforms, digital communication systems, and media content while supporting virtual consultation and webinar coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic’s social media platforms and online presence.
• Design graphics, promotional materials, and digital content for campaigns and awareness programs.
• Respond to online enquiries and manage client/patient engagement professionally.
• Coordinate and set up webinars, online seminars, and virtual awareness sessions.
• Assist in setting up and managing online consultation platforms and digital communication channels.
• Create engaging content aligned with the clinic’s brand and services.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity in handling patient-related communication.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, Degree with 3-4 years experience.
• Proven experience in digital media, social media management, graphics design, or related role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and social media management.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to coordinate virtual events/webinars and online communication systems.
• Basic IT and digital operations knowledge.
• Experience within healthcare, wellness, or service-related organizations is an added advantage.

Salary
