We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts & Human Resources Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Human Resources Officer to oversee daily accounting operations and support human resource administration.
  • The ideal candidate will manage financial records, staff documentation, payroll support, and administrative HR processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in company operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and bookkeeping records.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records, and expense reports.
  • Monitor company expenses, account balances, and cash flow.
  • Assist with payroll processing and salary administration.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management.
  • Support tax, pension, and statutory payment documentation.

Human Resources Duties:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation processes.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and performance documentation.
  • Coordinate internal staff communication and administrative matters.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Support employee welfare and handle basic HR-related enquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Previous accounting or HR experience is an added advantage.
  • Must reside in Ibadan.
