Job Summary

• We are seeking a high-precision Ticketing Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you won't just book trips; you will orchestrate complex travel itineraries for over 1 million global travelers across 32+ countries.
• You will be the technical backbone of our customer experience, ensuring "surgical accuracy" in every ticket issued and providing expert-level resolution for travel disruptions. Beyond technical mastery, we value professionals who are self-aware, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Ticketing Expertise: Proficiency in executing ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds with surgical accuracy.
• GDS Mastery: Technical proficiency in using Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Core Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Advanced Fare Rules and IATA Regulations.
• Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience specifically within Online Travel Agencies (OTA) or Airline Operations.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Travel & Tourism..
• Operational Skills: Ability to manage multi-channel queries (calls, email, chat) regarding flight bookings and airline policies.
• Previous experience handling both B2C and B2B travel clients.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex schedule changes and Irregular Operations (IROPS).
• Practical experience with CRM systems and PWA (Progressive Web App) workflows.
• Experience liaising with global airlines to resolve real-time operational bottlenecks.

Salary
N350,000 per month.
