Project costs are being tracked consistently and monthly cost reports are submitted on time
Contractor valuations and payments are processed accurately and within agreed timelines
Variations and claims are assessed and documented with a clear audit trail
The Construction Manager has clear, reliable cost visibility across all active developments

What we are looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (minimum second class lower)
Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduation experience in quantity surveying, with demonstrated exposure to building or property development projects
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) or active progress toward registration

Ability to prepare and interpret Bills of Quantities, cost reports, and contract documents to a high standard
Good negotiation skills and a commercially focused mindset

What this role requires:
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail across all cost and contract documents
Ability to manage commercial workstreams across multiple concurrent projects without losing quality
Confidence in challenging contractor claims and negotiating settlements firmly but professionally
Reliability around project milestones, particularly valuations, budget reporting, and final account deadlines
A collaborative approach - this role works closely with the Construction Manager, engineers, and external contractors
Willingness to work on-site when required to carry out measurements, inspections, and progress assessments.
What we offer
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly
Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) cover
