Job Title: Office Cleaner

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented office cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.
• The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative and able to support daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in their work area including working areas, Toilets, kitchens and supply closets
• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
• Washing kitchen napkins, floor rags and dusters.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Maintain office supplies and place restock orders as needed
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in some cases.
• Answering phone calls in some cases
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as required

Qualification and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of cleaning experience
• Working knowledge of English language
• Excellent organization and housekeeping skills
• Working knowledge of health and safety standards in their industry
• Ability to work well under pressure
• must be between age 23-35 years.
