Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and drive sales growth for a company specializing in blocks, granite, and other building materials.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing customers, managing client relationships, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell blocks, granite, and other building materials
• Source and follow up with prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate customer orders and product deliveries
• Supervise day-to-day operational activities
• Monitor stock movement and support business efficiency
• Prepare sales and operational reports
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc qualification
• Previous experience in sales, operations, or building materials business is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving ability
• Must be proactive, responsible, and target-driven.
