Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Locations: Sango Ota - Ogun and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• As part of our continued operational growth and organizational expansion, we are seeking to engage a highly experienced and result-driven Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations within our retail business.
• We are looking for a strategic HR professional with strong operational experience, leadership capacity, and the ability to drive people management initiatives within a fast-paced and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and operational procedures
• Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and employee benefits administration
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
• Support management on strategic HR and organizational development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices
• Drive training, development, and performance improvement programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience, preferably within retail, FMCG, or multi-location operations
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and manage teams effectively
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Interested candidates must resides around Sango-Ota axis
