We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production & Procurement Assistant

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 10AM – 2PM (Saturday)
Workdays: Monday – Saturday

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement weekly production schedules for immediate execution.
• Oversee daily production operations and adjust schedules when necessary.
• Monitor productivity, maintain product standards, and enforce quality control measures.
• Coordinate the maintenance and repair of faulty or damaged equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers, managers, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with management to implement company policies and operational goals.
• Compile, analyze, and present production reports to management and the CEO.
• Conduct routine checks of products displayed in the showroom.
• Manage inventory and order necessary resources to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
• Ensure continuous availability of production materials and packaging supplies.
• Confirm that all products are properly sealed before display or distribution.
• Submit weekly activity and production reports to the Managing Director.
• Must be familiar with the use of microsoft excel
• Applicants must reside in the Anthony area or environs.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
