We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee Intern – Practical Agriculture & Operations

Location: Abeokuta, Aiyetoro - Ogun
Employment Type: Internship

Description

• The Graduate Trainee Intern will work closely with farm and operational teams to gain practical agricultural experience through supervised field activities and operational support.
• The role is suited for graduates seeking practical exposure in agriculture and agro-industrial operations, with readiness to participate directly in field and farm activities as part of their learning process.
• This internship is developmental in nature and not a conventional office-based or supervisory role.

Key Learning & Operational Areas
Practical Agriculture Exposure:

• Participate in crop production activities including planting, weeding, irrigation, harvesting, and farm maintenance.
• Learn land preparation and basic farm operational processes.
• Support daily field activities under supervision.
• Assist in nursery and crop monitoring activities.

Agropark Operations Exposure:

• Support produce handling, sorting, packaging, and storage activities.
• Participate in post-harvest and agro-processing support operations.
• Observe and learn operational systems within the value chain.

Learning & Development:

• Attend practical agricultural training and operational sessions.
• Maintain internship learning reports and assigned documentation.
• Learn operational discipline, teamwork, and farm management processes.
• Adhere to farm operational and safety procedures.

Operational Support:

• Support supervisors and technical teams in assigned operational activities.
• Participate in teamwork and daily operational assignments across units.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc. in Agriculture or related disciplines.
• Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Added Advantage:

• Prior farming exposure or practical agricultural experience.
• Demonstrated interest in agriculture or agribusiness activities.
