We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • We are currently seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support executive management in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will provide administrative and personal support to senior management, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Candidates should be professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle calls, emails, and other communications professionally
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Maintain filing systems and confidential records
  • Assist with office administration and daily operations
  • Follow up on tasks and deadlines on behalf of management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field
  • 1–3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be living on the island

Preferred Skills:

  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and attitude.

Salary
N180,000 Gross Monthly.
