Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Manager to join its operations in Sabon Wuse, Niger State. The ideal candidate will provide legal support, ensure compliance, and effectively manage all legal matters relating to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all legal matters of the company in consultation with the Unit Head (UH)
• Draft legal letters, responses, and other official correspondence
• Provide sound legal advice to the Unit Head on various matters
• Represent the company in courts and tribunals where necessary
• Coordinate with the central legal team and manage legal assignments as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate law
• Prior experience in court practice is required
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters.
