We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Description 

• You'll turn data into decisions. From user behavior to transaction patterns to market opportunities — you'll surface the insights that shape didii's strategy and growth.

What you'll do

• Analyze user data, transaction flows, and market trends to inform product and business decisions
• Build dashboards and reports that the entire team relies on
• Model financial projections, unit economics, and growth scenarios
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to define KPIs and track progress.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or strategy (fintech or tech preferred)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau)
• You can translate messy data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
• Understanding of the Nigerian fintech landscape, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior.
