We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Packing Machine Operator

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Purpose

• To support efficient packing operations by operating and monitoring packing machines, supervising Assistant Packing Machine Operators, and ensuring smooth packaging processes in compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

The Job ​

• Monitor packing machines to ensure proper functionality and report any unusual noise, malfunction, or operational issue.
• Supervise Assistant Packing Machine Operators to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to operational standards.
• Support the Packing Superintendent in ensuring machines operate and are adjusted according to approved standards.
• Load and unload products into packaging machines and remove rejected or defective packages during operations.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienic production environment.
• Participate in routine maintenance activities to support optimal machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports on production and packaging activities.

Qualifications

• 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
• NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical in Electrical or related discipline.

​Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
