Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, intelligent, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.
• This is not a routine administrative role—you will be expected to think critically, act independently, and represent the executive with professionalism and discretion.
• The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review basic agreements and documents with accuracy and clarity
• Develop financial models and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
• Create, refine, and edit high-quality presentation materials
• Manage follow-ups with external stakeholders and internal operations effectively
• Build and maintain a strong professional presence on LinkedIn, driving engagement and traction
• Represent the executive in meetings and handle assignments with maturity and professionalism
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, creatively demanding environment
• Execute and improve existing processes and systems to enhance efficiency
• Communicate confidently and manage situations at an executive level

Requirements

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience creating presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn engagement strategies and personal branding
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
