We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: AI Enabled Full Stack Developer

Location: Lagos 

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Develop software in collaboration with AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
• Drive rapid prototyping and iteration cycles
• Design systems that integrate with AI services, APIs, and automation workflows
• Produce clean, efficient, well-tested code with strong design and architecture
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks across the software development lifecycle
• Review and debug code; perform validation and verification testing
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
• Document development phases and monitor production systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
• Ensure software stays current with the latest technologies
• Apply secure coding practices throughout the SDLC (OWASP Top 10, input validation, authentication, secrets management, vulnerability remediation)

AI-Native Development:

• Leverage AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to design, develop, test, and document software
• Apply prompt engineering and structured prompting techniques to generate code, test cases, and technical documentation
• Build and optimize workflows that integrate AI into the software development lifecycle
• Design and execute AI-assisted testing strategies, including automated test generation and edge-case simulation
• Use AI tools to identify bugs, vulnerabilities, and performance issues
• Collaborate with QA to implement continuous, AI-driven testing pipelines
• Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure production-quality standards
• Contribute to internal AI-assisted development frameworks and reusable patterns
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI development tools and practices

Qualifications
Experience:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• Extensive hands-on experience in software development, scripting, and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision from Software Architects

Technical Skills:

• Strong command of core languages and frameworks: Node.js, TypeScript, React, C#, Python, Flutter
• Solid understanding of JSON, REST, and OpenAPI spec
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Windows and Unix operating systems
• Understanding of secure coding practices.

AI & Automation Skills:

• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and structured prompting techniques
• Ability to validate and refine AI-generated outputs
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
• Experience building automation workflows or internal tools using AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and automated testing frameworks
• Experience building AI-powered applications (chatbots, copilots, automation tools)
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG architectures
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise workflows
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical mind with strong problem-solving aptitude.
