Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dredge Operator / Engineer to operate, monitor, and maintain dredging equipment while ensuring safe and efficient dredging operations.
• The ideal candidate will support project execution, equipment performance, and compliance with operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dredging equipment and machinery
• Ensure smooth and efficient dredging operations
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and report mechanical or operational faults
• Monitor dredging activities and ensure project targets are met
• Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental regulations
• Maintain operational logs and technical reports
• Coordinate with site teams and project supervisors

Requirements

• HND/ B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in dredging or marine operations
• Strong knowledge of dredging equipment and maintenance
• Ability to work in offshore/on-site environments
• Good understanding of HSE procedures and standards
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
