12 Basket Foods is a Premium Nigerian catering brand specializing in small chops, finger foods, and event catering.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Intern

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and documents.
• Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense recording.
• Perform data entry and update accounting systems accurately.
• Assist with payroll preparation and staff payment records.
• Help reconcile bank statements and petty cash records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• File and organize accounting documents for easy retrieval.
• Support the finance team during audits and stock taking.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Carry out other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or currently undergoing studies) with 0-1 year experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
