Brunel Energy: ICSS Engineering Assistant

1. To supervise the ICSS Contractor, ensures that work and testing are performed in a formal controlled and auditable manner and that scope changes are controlled.
2. To keep the ICSS Leader informed of progress, quality, matters of consequence such as potential changes, Contractor manpower levels and Contractor planning accuracy, anticipates problems and offers solutions.
3. To ensure that the ICSS engineering contractor deliverables are in accordance with the Project and phasing requirements and are of the correct quality and timeliness. Ensures that the ICSS planning and phasing evolution is in line with any evolution of the overall project planning.
4. To ensure that the all site modifications to the existing ICSS are controlled so they can be integrated into the new system, writes the coordination procedure.
5. To organize and check the inter-discipline coordination and the coordination between the ICSS and all project work packages. Ensures the deliverables from the EPCs are sufficient for correct ICSS design.
6. To lead the general specifications, control philosophy, system architecture (hardware/software/communication), cyber-security risk assessment and implementation, IFAT coordination, design, blackstart philosophy, telecoms interfaces, facilities design to accommodate the ICSS.
7. To ensure that the ICSS team have a coherent technical approach, coordinates the comment review cycle and validates the comments returned in Prodom from the ICSS team, field operations, safety and from the other workpackages/EPCs. Ensures the quality and approval of the Functional Analysis.
8. To ensure that the ICSS design complies with the Statement of Requirements, Project and Company General Specifications, Safety Concept, etc.
9. To assist with the coordination of FCW and Cyber-Security corporate assistance.
10. To prepare/validate responses to technical queries and RFW for approval by ICSS Leader.
11. To ensure S4i is correctly managed to enable the EPCs and ICSS to work efficiently, produce controlled document releases from S4i and maintain the integrity of the S4i database.
12. To participate, as required, and to propose solution for interfaces resolution between ICSS supplier and other Contractors.
