We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Personnel

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Reports to: Marketing Manager / General Manager

Main Function

• The Marketing and Sales Personnel is responsible for driving sales growth, promoting bakery products, and expanding the customer base through effective marketing strategies and relationship management.
• The role ensures increased brand visibility, customer retention, and revenue generation.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Promote bakery products to individual customers, retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and corporate clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and market penetration.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Certifications:

• Degree or certification in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• 2–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
• Experience in the bakery, food production, FMCG, retail, or hospitality industries is an added advantage.
