Job Title: Content Creator 

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Role Summary

• We are seeking a creative and execution-driven Content Creator to develop high-quality visual and digital content that strengthens brand visibility, drives engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across real estate, corporate, and lifestyle platforms.
• The ideal candidate must understand storytelling, audience engagement, short-form video trends, visual positioning, and content production for modern digital platforms.
• Candidate must be able to independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish content with strong attention to aesthetics, timing, and brand direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand visibility and marketing objectives
• Create engaging video and photo content for:
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • Website campaigns
• Cover property tours, project inspections, client experiences, events, interviews, and promotional activities
• Handle content shooting, editing, captions, scheduling, and publishing
• Produce short-form videos, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign creatives
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop campaign-based media content
• Maintain consistent visual identity and brand communication across all platforms
• Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and digital growth trends
• Support paid campaign creatives and promotional advertisements when required
• Maintain organized archives of content, media files, and production materials

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in content creation, digital media, or social media management
• Strong portfolio showcasing video production, editing, and creative storytelling

Proficiency in:

• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Canva
• Lightroom
• InShot

Other relevant editing tools

• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and digital engagement strategies
• Ability to create high-quality mobile and camera-based content
• Strong communication, creativity, and execution speed
• Ability to work under deadlines and cover physical activities/events when required
• Must currently reside in Abuja

Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 per month.
