Job Title: Visa Officer (Education & Tourism)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Advisor to join our dynamic team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional advice and assistance to clients in the visa application process, ensuring that all applications meet the relevant requirements and are submitted in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to visa applicants, handling all inquiries professionally and within service level agreements.
• Receive, process, and oversee all visa requests from clients and the outgoing department, ensuring smooth operations.
• Inform clients of required documents, review them thoroughly, and verify accuracy before submission.
• Complete visa applications, schedule embassy appointments and interviews, and submit passports and applications to embassies/consulates.
• Provide regular follow-ups on all inquiries and monitor visa cases on Salesforce, managing appointments, special requests, amendments, and cancellations.
• Proactively monitor changes to visa regulations, update clients on evolving immigration laws and processes, and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs.
• Achieve defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicator goals, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Advise clients on visa rules, processes, and handle travel documentation efficiently.
• Refer potential leads to the sales team and follow up on progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visa processing and consultation.
• Strong knowledge of visa regulations for the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and Schengen Countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using office software and applications.
