Summary

• We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) who will drive our company growth by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships and assist with sales pitches to support our organization’s growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying potential clients through research, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events to build a sales pipeline.
• Outreach & Communication: Conducting cold calls, sending emails, and following up with prospective clients to book meetings for senior staff.
• Market Research: Analyzing market trends, identifying competitor strategies, and spotting new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, managing communication, and nurturing prospects.
• Sales Support & Presentations: Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts, and assisting with pitches to convert prospects into clients.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with marketing and product teams to align strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns.

Skills and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for pitches and outreach.
• Organization: Excellent time management to handle multiple projects and cold outreach simultaneously.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 monthly.
