Resurgir Consulting is a growing Abuja-based consultancy firm that provides professional property advisory, property marketing, cleaning services, and fumigation solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions. The company is focused on delivering reliable services while expanding its client base and market presence.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative 

Location: Old Lagos–Asaba Road, Agbor - Delta
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, One Sunday per month, or any Sunday as required for essential duties/task with transportation allowance for Sunday duty calls

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and dependable Sales Representative who will drive sales, support marketing activities, manage records, and provide administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong character, integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell agro products including poultry feeds, poultry equipment, and veterinary drugs.
  • Actively engage in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on orders and customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
  • Support interns/IT students in daily operational activities and practical learning.
  • Meet assigned sales targets for both individual and branch performance.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time by the Head of Operations or Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND or BSc in any field.
  • Minimum experience level: 0–1 year.
  • Animal science or agriculture-related experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and record-keeping ability.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different departmental roles.
  • Female candidate, not more than 30 years old.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly (based on qualifications and experience).
