Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are currently seeking experienced or fresh graduates with exceptional customer service skills. Someone who is a confident and engaging communicator and likes meeting and speaking to new people every day.
  • An individual who is warm and kind, with a compassionate nature. Someone who would take pride in being a face of the organisation and one of the first to welcome visitors. Someone who is calm and able to manage the needs of a variety of people.
  • Attention to detail to present the home well and make a good first impression. Strong organisational and administrative skills to carry out tasks such as inputting data, ensuring systems are updated, postal duties and document production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Greets patients in the facilities and over the phone.
  • Assists medical/healthcare professionals and patients appropriately.
  • Schedules appointments for patients.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Prepares medical files and reports.
  • Maintains and keeps patient information confidential.
  • Maintain assigned medicinal supplies and equipment.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines) is a plus.
