Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laundry Man to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
• This role requires attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and press linens, uniforms, and guest laundry to high standards.
• Ensure all laundry is handled and processed according to luxury standards.
• Handle delicate and special-care items with care.
• Press and steam garments, including suits, dresses, and other formal wear.
• Manage laundry inventory, track supplies, and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and internal teams.
• Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in laundry operations, preferably in hospitality or luxury settings.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures, including stain removal and fabric care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle laundry loads and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to handle high-end garments and linens with care.
• Knowledge of fabric types and care requirements.
• Attention to detail in pressing and steaming garments.
