Job Title: Sales Executive - Polymer

Job Summary

• The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer accounts within assigned territories.
• The role focuses on selling polymer resins, plastic raw materials, additives, and related chemical products across manufacturing sectors including plastics, packaging, molding, FMCG, textiles, and industrial processing.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer‑focused, and experienced in B2B industrial sales.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

• Achieve assigned sales targets for polymer and chemical products.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new industrial customers within assigned territory.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company policies.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Provide product information, technical support, and application guidance.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries. • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Technical Sales Support:

• Understand polymer grades, specifications, and product applications.
• Support product trials, sampling, and testing when required.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare weekly activity reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 per month.
