We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Station Manager

Location: Garki, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• We are currently seeking a competent, disciplined, and result-driven professional to fill the role of Station Manager for our Enugu retail outlet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the station to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Supervise station staff, including Customer Service Attendants and Cashiers
• Monitor product sales, stock levels, and daily reconciliation processes
• Ensure proper dispensing, stock accountability, and adherence to operational controls
• Drive sales growth and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Coordinate product offloading and maintain accurate stock records
• Address operational issues promptly and escalate where necessary
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and operational orderliness within the station

Requirements

• Candidate MUST reside around the Garki Area in Enugu.
• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in downstream oil & gas retail operations is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of stock control, cash management, and retail operations
• Strong analytical and reporting ability
• High level of integrity, accountability, and operational discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools will be an added advantage

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations, filling station management, or related operational roles is an added advantage.
