Job Title: Business Operation Coordinator

Location: Onikan, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency, team coordination, customer fulfillment, and project execution while working closely with management to ensure seamless business operations.
• This role is ideal for a professional with strong coordination skills and hands-on experience within the e-commerce and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business operations across e-commerce and logistics activities.
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, delivery coordination, and customer service operations.
• Coordinate internal teams and support operational accountability.
• Support operational strategy execution and process improvements.
• Track operational performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Liaise with logistics partners, vendors, dispatch riders, and third-party service providers.
• Maintain operational documentation, reports, and records..
• Support smooth communication between management and operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce operations, or business coordination.
• Previous experience within the e-commerce or logistics industry is mandatory.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and logistics operations.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience using operational, inventory, logistics, or e-commerce management systems is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
