EHA Pharma department is committed to providing high quality and cost-effective products and services to our valued partners and customers in line with our organization’s mission and vision.
Duties and Responsibilities
Purpose:
Take end-to-end ownership of pharmaceutical supply chain operations from procurement through to last-mile distribution, ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and reflect best practices across the supply chain.
Apply deep pharmaceutical and supply chain knowledge to proactively identify process gaps, drive efficiency improvements, and reduce error rates across logistics and warehousing operations.
Lead demand and supply forecasting processes to underpin operational planning, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction targets, translating data into actionable supply decisions.

Anchor strategic decision-making with reliable, complete, and audit-ready documentation, ensuring that supply chain data integrity supports leadership visibility and organizational accountability.
Engagement:
Lead the integration of procurement strategies across functions, serving as the primary coordination point between finance, operations, and logistics to ensure procurement activities actively advance organisational objectives, not just departmental ones.
Own corporate client and vendor relationships at a strategic level, driving negotiations, managing performance expectations, and ensuring seamless system integration that deepens long-term partnership value.
Develop and manage a high-performing supplier network through structured vendor assessment frameworks, ensuring quality, delivery, and service standards are consistently upheld, and supply chain risks are proactively managed.
Lead inventory accuracy and quality assurance coordination, partnering with the QA team not just to resolve issues, but to establish processes that prevent recurrence and maintain product integrity across the supply chain.
Delivery:
Accountable for contract compliance and on-time delivery performance, owning the full vendor contract lifecycle, including review, filing, shipment scheduling, and real-time tracking against agreed SLAs.
Drive a culture of order fulfillment excellence, setting the standard for accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction across the distribution operation, and escalating or resolving gaps before they affect clients.
Lead resolution of supplier invoice discrepancies with urgency and precision, maintaining financial accuracy while protecting vendor relationships; continuously optimize procurement workflows covering requisitions, specifications, quotations, and purchase orders.
Establish and maintain a proactive client communication standard, ensuring stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and decision-ready updates on transaction and service statuses, reducing downstream uncertainty.
Champion regulatory compliance and ethical procurement as non-negotiables across all supply chain activity, embedding legal and organizational standards into day-to-day operations and driving data-informed performance reviews that surface improvement opportunities.
