We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Develop creative design layouts based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizationsof placements
• Conduct site visits and supervise project execution to ensure design accuracy
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare cost estimates and work within budget constraints
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients.
• Inspect final installations to ensure they match the design specifications and client goals.
• Responsible for showroom displays
• Meet with clients to determine requirements, preferences, budget, and timeline. Interpret these needs into rough plans and mood boards.
• Design and execute floor layouts for various furniture collections (e.g., Italian Light Luxury, Modern
  Minimalist), ensuring optimal customer flow and visual impact.
• Curate and arrange soft furnishings, including rugs, lighting, cushions, and tabletop accessories, to complement the main furniture pieces and create a cohesive "home" feeling.
• Lead the visual setup for new arrivals and seasonal transitions (such as the October Christmas prep), ensuring new items are integrated seamlessly into the existing floor plan.
• Maintain the "daily perfection" of the showroom This includes overseeing the correct placement of price tags,promotional signage, and ensuring the lighting is adjusted to highlight specific textures and materials.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align displays with current promotional themes and best-selling inventory.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 4 - 6 years experience.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
