We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lean Growth Marketer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Build patient acquisition campaigns
• Run referral campaigns
• Grow WhatsApp channels
• Execute social campaigns
• Build grassroots outreach campaigns
• Improve onboarding conversion
• Create health education content
• Track CAC and growth metrics
• Test acquisition channels
• Support community partnerships

Requirements
Desired Experience:

• At least 3 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, community marketing, or startup growth roles
• Experience scaling consumer-facing products in:
  • Healthtech
  • Fintech
  • E-commerce
  • Telecom
  • Mobility
• Experience running low-budget/high-ROI campaigns
• Experience growing WhatsApp, social, and community channels
• Experience building campaigns for underserved or mass-market consumers is highly desirable
• Experience tracking:
  • CAC
  • Conversion funnels
  • Retention metrics
• Experience working in startups or high-growth companies preferred.
