Job Title: Emerging Markets Sales Specialist

Location: Sapele Corridor / Warri - Delta or Benin - Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Emerging Markets Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across the Warri, Benin, and Sapele corridor within EPCIM services and OEM product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and market penetration across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors
• Build and manage strategic relationships with NOCs, indigenous operators, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers
• Lead technical/commercial proposals, tender responses, negotiations, and contract closures
• Drive sales of pumps, valves, fire protection systems, instrumentation, and related OEM products
• Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and client opportunities within the corridor
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations, and tendering teams to close opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 8 years Oil & Gas technical sales/business development experience
• Minimum of 4 years active commercial experience within the Warri/Benin/Sapele corridor
• Proven track record closing major Oil & Gas deals and managing key accounts
• Strong knowledge of NIPEX, IOC/NOC procurement systems, and NCD compliance
• Excellent negotiation, networking, proposal development, and relationship management skills.

Benefits

• Salary: N900,000 – N1,200,000 Monthly Gross
• HMO, Pension, Group Life Insurance, Leave Allowance, 13th Month Salary & Other Benefits.
