Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Head of Operations is responsible for the end-to-end management of the company’s operational activities, ensuring efficient deployment, monitoring, and performance.
• This role oversees rider operations (both direct and vendor-partner models), asset management, campaign delivery, and system performance, with a strong focus on uptime, compliance, and revenue optimization.
• The role requires a highly hands-on operator who can build systems, enforce discipline, and ensure that all campaigns are delivered according to agreed service levels.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue generation.
• Driving growth & expansion.
• Oversee daily operations.
• Ensure high device uptime and rider compliance across all locations.
• Supervise Field Operations, Warehouse, and Technical teams.
• Align operations with business development and revenue targets.
• Ensure seamless campaign execution from deployment to reporting.
• Enforce operational policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and cost control.
• Manage vendor-partner relationships from an operations perspective.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• 5–8 years experience in operations management.
• Experience in logistics, mobility, advertising, or tech-enabled operations is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience managing field teams and large-scale operations.

Salary
N700,000 monthly.
