We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce & Operations Personnel

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure end-to-end order processing accuracy from order placement to delivery and returns.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and store teams to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery
• Drive online sales growth in line with approved targets and budgets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly online sales performance and trends.
• Support digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches with operational readiness
• Ensure a seamless and premium online customer journey aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Oversee resolution of customer complaints, refunds, returns, and escalations within agreed SLAs
• Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines (images, descriptions, pricing). e.t.c

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
• 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or omnichannel retail environment.
• Proven experience managing online sales platforms, order fulfilment, and digital operations.
• Strong exposure to e-commerce platforms, OMS, ERP, and payment systems.
• Experience working with inventory, logistics, customer service, and digital marketing teams
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exposure to retail, luxury, hospitality, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle retail or service-based e-commerce environments is an advantage.
