Job Summary

• The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing product availability, and expanding market coverage within assigned territories.
• This role involves direct interaction with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to ensure consistent product supply, visibility, and revenue generation in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and promote company products/services effectively.
• Convert leads into active customers and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan daily/weekly field routes to maximize coverage.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the assigned area.
• Report field insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
