Job Summary

• We building a next-generation mobility/logistics and fulfillment engine designed to streamline "Last-Mile" delivery and supply chain management.
• We are developing a robust ecosystem comprising a high-scale backend, a customer web portal, and specialized mobile applications for drivers and field operations.
• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with at least 4 years of professional experience to join the team in the development of our core logistics platform.
• You will be responsible for building scalable backend services using NestJS and crafting seamless user experiences across Web (React) and Mobile (React Native/Expo).

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Architecture: Design and implement scalable, event-driven services using NestJS within a Domain-Driven Design (DDD) framework.
• Mobile Development: Build and maintain high-performance mobile applications for both Customers and Drivers using React Native (Expo).
• Web Development: Develop intuitive, high-contrast, and responsive dashboards for business clients and internal operations using React.
• Database Management: Optimize and manage MongoDB schemas, focusing on geospatial queries (2dsphere) for zone-based mobility and logistics.
• Integration: Implement complex third-party integrations for payments (Wallets), SMS/Email gateways, and Google Maps API for real-time tracking.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Collaborate on the deployment and monitoring of services on cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) using Docker and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements
Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Backend: Mastery of Node.js and NestJS. Deep understanding of TypeScript, Microservices, and CQRS patterns.
• Frontend: Expert-level proficiency in React and State Management.
• Mobile: Proven experience with React Native and the Expo ecosystem (including EAS builds and OTA updates).
• Database: Strong experience with MongoDB and Prisma ORM. Knowledge of indexing and performance tuning is a must.
• Tools: Proficient with Git, pnpm/npm, and modern testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience building Logistics, Fintech, or E-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Geofencing, Google Maps Platform, or Mapbox.
• Experience with automated workflows and event-based messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• A portfolio of published apps on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
