Job Title: Sales Manager - B2B, Tapes

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Packaging / Industrial Materials
Reporting To: AGM, Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a result-driven and proactive Sales Executive – B2B (Tapes) to drive sales growth within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets for self-adhesive tape products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of self-adhesive tape products within the B2B market
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers
  • Conduct product trials and prepare customer trial reports
  • Prepare monthly and yearly product forecasts and sales budgets
  • Submit daily call and activity reports
  • Coordinate order processing with the Customer Service team
  • Follow up on customer payments in collaboration with the Customer Service department
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in *carton, flexible packaging, film, adhesive tapes, or OEM-related industries
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong sales, reporting, and forecasting skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in similar product lines will be an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 Net Monthly + Incentives.
