Role Overview

• This role is designed for driven professionals who can combine analytical thinking with business insight to drive performance, ownership, and execution across multiple locations.
• The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong business acumen, leadership potential, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and deliver measurable impact in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decisions
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data models to track performance and improve operational efficiency
• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Monitor key business metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data-driven approaches
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives across multiple locations
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
• Support forecasting, planning, and performance optimization activities
• Continuously improve data processes, tools, and reporting systems

Key Requirements

• First-class academic Degree (mandatory) in Science, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take ownership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of drive, professionalism, and execution discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI or similar) is an advantage
• Previous experience working in the Manufacturing sector.
• Must have completed NYSC.

Salary
N300,000 - N700,000 monthly.
