Job Title: Entry Level Telesales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • We are looking for a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Entry-Level Telesales Executive to join our high-performance sales team.
  • In this role, you will be the voice of our company, reaching out to prospective customers, introducing them to our products/services, and converting initial interest into successful sales.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career to develop elite communication skills, master the art of negotiation, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales & Conversions: Effectively pitch product value propositions, handle objections confidently, and successfully convert leads into closed sales.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships through active listening and professional rapport.
  • Lead Tracking & Admin: Diligently follow up on warm and cold leads, ensuring all customer records and interactions are accurately updated and maintained in our system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, conversion metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-performance team environment to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or any customer-facing sales roles (retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a natural ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Phone Confidence: High level of comfort and confidence in speaking with diverse groups of customers over the phone.
  • Resilience: Ability to work under pressure, handle rejection positively, and remain focused on achieving sales targets.
  • Drive & Attitude: Self-motivated, highly energetic, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
