Job Summary
Elkris Bio-Health Foods Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly driven, commercially focused, and results-oriented Traditional Trade Key Accounts Executive to support the expansion and growth of its FMCG distribution and retail presence across Lagos and the South West region.
The role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distributor and key retail relationships, expanding market penetration, ensuring product visibility, and supporting the execution of trade strategies across assigned territories.
The ideal candidate must possess strong traditional trade experience within the FMCG sector, excellent relationship management skills, market development capabilities, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in competitive retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive sales growth across assigned traditional trade channels and territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by Management.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within open markets, distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer buying behavior to support commercial decision-making.
Ensure aggressive market penetration and expansion of the Company’s product footprint across Lagos and the South West region.
Key Accounts & Distributor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and key retail accounts.
Monitor distributor performance, stock movement, and product availability across assigned territories.
Support onboarding and development of new distributors and key accounts where required.
Ensure proper execution of trade agreements, promotions, and commercial activities within assigned accounts.
Resolve distributor and trade partner concerns promptly and professionally.
Trade Execution & Market Visibility:
Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, shelf placement, and brand presence across retail channels.
Coordinate market activations, promotional campaigns, and sales drives to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
Conduct regular market visits and outlet inspections to monitor product availability and execution standards.
Support implementation of route-to-market strategies and trade marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Market Intelligence:
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.
Provide market intelligence on competitor pricing, product movement, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities.
Track product performance and recommend strategies for improved sales performance.
Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, account engagements, and territory performance.
Operational Compliance & Relationship Management:
Ensure compliance with Company sales policies, pricing structures, and operational procedures.
Maintain professionalism and strong customer relationship management at all times.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Sales Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Engagement teams.
Represent the Company professionally during trade engagements and business meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3–5 years proven FMCG sales experience within Traditional Trade.
Strong understanding of Lagos and South West FMCG market dynamics.
Existing distributor and retail network within the region is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and sales reporting.

Salary:N400,000 - N600,000 per month.
