Job Title: Division Head, Corporate Services / Shared Services

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Chief Growth & Transformation Officer (CGTO)

Role Summary

• The Divisional Head, Corporate Services will provide strategic leadership and oversight across all shared service functions, including Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, Facilities, and related support services.
• This role is critical to ensuring efficient service delivery, cost optimisation, strong governance, and operational excellence across the organisation.
• The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight across HR, IT Administration, Procurement, Facilities, L&D, Corporate Branding & Communication and other shared services
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and service delivery excellence
• Implement structured policies, systems, and performance management frameworks
• Lead and develop high-performing, multi-functional teams
• Ensure compliance, governance, and effective risk management
• Develop and implement change management frameworks, communication plans, and training strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, policies, and organizational models.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field (required).
• Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 8 years in a senior role overseeing multiple corporate functions.
• Proven experience in a large, complex organization, preferably within EPC, construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated success in integrating support functions, driving operational excellence, and supporting organizational transformation.
• Professional certifications in HR, IT, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance are advantageous.
