Job Summary

• We are seeking to recruit an entry-level Machine Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery while ensuring efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• The successful candidates must be hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to work within a regulated manufacturing environment involved in flavours and fragrance production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and processing machines efficiently according to operational procedures
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production flow
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical faults promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of machines and work areas
• Follow safety, quality control, and production guidelines at all times
• Record production data and machine activities accurately
• Minimize material wastage during production processes
• Support packaging and production teams when required
• Ensure compliance with company and manufacturing standards

Requirements

• SSCE or OND qualification required with 0–1 year experience in manufacturing or factory operations
• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
• Basic mechanical understanding is an advantage
• Candidates residing around Berger, Arepo, Isheri, Ojodu, Mowe, Magboro, OPIC, and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
