We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Recovery & Collections Officer

Locations: Abuja and Lagos

Role Summary

• Manage delinquent loans to maximize recoveries while maintaining compliance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor aging portfolio; contact borrowers and negotiate repayment plans.
• Conduct field visits, structure workouts, and escalate cases when required.
• Maintain accurate collection case files and recovery reports.
• Coordinate with legal, credit, and operations teams for enforcement actions.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Finance, Law, Business, or related fields
• 2–5 years collections/recovery experience (financial sector preferred).
• Strong negotiation, persistence, record-keeping, and local field knowledge.
• Understanding of legal recovery processes and collections software
