We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Vehicle Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing vehicle check-ins/check-outs, documenting vehicle conditions, maintaining inventory records, escalating operational issues, and ensuring proper tracking and accountability of workshop inventory and customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in and check out vehicles accurately
• Record intake and delivery videos/photos of vehicles
• Document vehicle conditions, damages, missing items, and accessories
• Escalate vehicle or operational issues to the appropriate departments
• Follow up consistently until issues are resolved

Maintain accurate records of:

• Vehicle conditions before and after work
• Wrap/PPF inventory
• Operational inventory
• Other inventory-related documentation
• Upload and organize inventory records properly
• Conduct inventory tracking, stock monitoring, periodic stock counts, and audits

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the automobile industry
• Good knowledge of vehicles and vehicle components
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to identify and escalate issues proactively
• Must reside around Sangotedo, Ajah, or Abraham Adesanya axis

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

• N165,000 Gross
• HMO
