Locations: Kaduna, Katsina, and Nasarawa

Job Summary

• TeamAce is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recovery Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong field recovery experience, excellent investigation and verification skills, and the ability to recover stolen or outstanding assets efficiently.
• The candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess basic computer skills, especially in MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits for debt recovery and asset recovery operations.
• Verify customer addresses and conduct physical investigations when required.
• Track, locate, and recover stolen or defaulted assets.
• Engage professionally with customers and third parties during recovery activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure recovery targets are achieved.
• Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor assigned recovery cases and provide regular updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Proven experience as a Recovery Officer, Field Officer, or similar role.
• Experience in address verification and field investigation.
• Experience in the recovery of stolen assets is highly preferred.
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid rider’s license.
• Good knowledge of routes and locations within assigned areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Good report writing and documentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
