We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chinese-speaking Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid: Office + Field Visits)

Responsibilities

• Independently read and understand client requirements written in Simplified Chinese (WeChat messages, contracts, platform dashboards, client briefs, business scripts).
• Communicate with Chinese clients and HQ team in Chinese (spoken + written) throughout the entire process.
• Actively develop Chinese-owned enterprise clients in Lagos, promoting overseas headhunting, talent matching, and local hiring services.
• Organize Chinese business materials and maintain client records/follow-ups.
• Conduct field visits to business hubs, industrial parks, and trade zones for offline promotion.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Chinese Language: Fluent spoken Chinese + strong reading/writing skills in Simplified Chinese. Must independently read WeChat work chats, contract clauses, platform backend interfaces, and client documents without assistance.
• Sales Experience: Proven B2B or field sales track record. Prior experience working with Chinese companies strongly preferred.
• Local Network: Familiar with Lagos Chinese business communities, industrial parks, or trade hubs (Computer Village, Alaba, trade fair zones, etc.).
• Professionalism: Strong service mindset, patient, stable temperament, understands business etiquette, excels at client retention.
• Business Acumen: Familiarity with recruitment, headhunting, or HR outsourcing is a plus. Willingness to learn the Runlink AI platform.

Preferred:

• HSK Level 4 or above (Chinese Proficiency Test). No certificate acceptable IF live reading / writing test proves you can handle real Chinese business documents.

Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 / month base + high performance commission.
