Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and result-driven Estate Surveyor and Valuer to join our team in Ikota Complex, V.G.C, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for property valuation, property management, site inspections, market research, and supporting real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and valuations for various property types.
• Prepare valuation reports and property documentation.
• Carry out market research and analysis on property trends and values.
• Assist with property acquisition, leasing, sales, and management activities.
• Maintain accurate property records and client databases.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Monitor property conditions and recommend maintenance where necessary.
• Support business development activities and client relationship management.
• Provide professional advice on property investment and valuation matters.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management or related fields
• 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience in estate surveying and valuation.
• Strong knowledge of property valuation principles and real estate practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report writing.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Membership or registration with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
