We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: BTL Specialist / Offline Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of offline marketing and BTL activities In the Nigerian market, including but not limited to.
  • Shop fit -outs and brand identity development
  • Roadshow events
  • Channel promotional activites
  • Campus/ street promotion campaigns
  • Product promotion campaigns
  • Trade fair support and other offline activites
• Responsible for the end-to-end coordination and implantation of the projects, including:
  • Supllier development and management
  • Production of materials
  • Monitoring of installation and construction
  • Project milestone development
  • On-site execution management
  • Budget control
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance across channels
• Establish and maintain a network of local suppliers, including:
  • Shop fit-outs
  • Advertising production
  • Printed materials
  • Event set-up
  • Logistics and execution suppliers, e.t.c
• Oversee the quality of project execution to ensure all offline activities comply with brand standards and company requirement
• Conduct post-event project reviews, including:
  • Event summaries
  • Organisation of photos/videos
  • Feedback on execution
  • Reporting on data and results.

Requirements
Must-have:

• Ability to provide examples of projects for which you have been solely responsible or have coordinated the execution, including but not instead to: (at least one experience of the following areas):
  • Retail outlet development projects
  • Brand identity development projects
  • Roadshow/ promotional campaign projects
  • Offline event coordination projects(including supplier management)
  • Demonstrate, via telephone, interview or past case studies: time management, supplier management, on-site management and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Preference will be given to candidates with a broader range of projects experience
• Preference will be given to candidate with a network of local suppliers in Nigeria, and to those familiar with the pricing structures and implementation standards of local suppliers in Nigeria
• Preference will be given to candidate with experience in the consumer electronics, energy, solar energy, telecommunication , fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail sectors
• At least five years’ relevant professional experience.

Company Experience:

• Level 1: Tecno, Infinix, Xiaomi, Midea, Hissen, TCL
• Level 2: Famous companies in: umer electronics industries, Mobile phone industries, Energy Industries , Marketing execution agencies, Activity planning and execution agencies

• Photographs or video of past projects
• Examples of shop fitting projects
• Examples of event execution
• Project debriefs, portfolios or other relevant materials.

• Project management ( offline marketing campaigns- with the ability to coordinate and execute initiatives, and conduct post-event reviews, and mange budgets).
