Job Summary

• We are seeking a dual-skilled Cafe and Front Office Executive to oversee daily front-of-house operations and café services.
• This role blends guest relations, administrative coordination, and food & beverage management to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, or guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise café staff, assign duties, and monitor attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and coordinate procurement of café supplies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Supervise daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out, switchboard, and guest inquiries.
• Manage room or workspace reservations, handle booking systems, and optimize occupancy.
• Train and lead front office staff on customer service, policies, and emergency procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance to ensure facility readiness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in café, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer complaint resolution skills.
• Good knowledge of café operations, inventory management, and customer service standards.
